The new restaurant Rijks, part of the Rijksmuseum, focuses on Dutch products. Traditional, artisanal "forgotten" regional products, organic and produced on a small scale, reign supreme at the Rijks. As in art, executive chef Joris Bijdendijk (formerly of Ron Blaauw and Bridges) draws inspiration from the many exotic flavors that have influenced Dutch cuisine over the centuries. Interior designer Paul Linse signed off on the bold and stylish design of the interior.
Opening hours: 11:30 a.m.-11 p.m.
